Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Due to the natural and handmade nature of beeswax materials, slight variations in color and texture are normal and are not considered defects.
